When should I plan to travel?

Our program starts the morning of Monday, June 30 and ends Tuesday, July 1 in the late afternoon. In order to participate in the full program, international travelers should plan on arriving in Tokyo on Sunday, June 29 in the evening and departing Wednesday, July 2 in the morning.
